I am currently solving several problems with the "manufacturer" ANNKE, which they have with their products, including safety, and I was very disappointed by this brand, with the fact that no one wants to solve the problems in order to fix everything. I used to be happy with the brand, but the last year has been a disaster. If anyone wants, I can send the history of communication and reluctance to solve several problems that the ANNKE brand has. They have been corresponding with ANNKE for a year and they keep writing me back with the same answers that lead nowhere. I do not recommend working with this brand at all. It's just a bunch rebranding another brand. Then there are a few monkeys and they will solve absolutely nothing on the call center and emails. Huge disappointment of the ANNKE brand!!

You're just crazy if you think of airlink or drug cameras. No, they're not just like you know. There are for people like us who don't want to go through a person like you. To install cameras when reeling provides the best cameras for us and frankly business. And they have business cameras so really frankly. I'll ask them out. Have you seen the newer cameras 16 magnification ocean? It doesn't count cars or people, and it's for civilians, you know. But you're like it's all in the room. For drugs, it's like no other. It's a f****** good company called real link.They give away cameras they help out with the community.Unlike you.I don't like the install real link.Like it's just the one you install.Google mask doorbells drug cameras.Drug, oh, wait cause you to drop paper subscription.That's why they're not drug cameras

Looks like it would be a great option for people who live in tiny homes or have a trailer/camper and space is a premium. Kill 2 birds with one stone because it could be the mirror and the TV for those spaces.

I could kind of seeing have a TV like this in other rooms of the house. If the TV isn't on, then it could be nice to have a mirror there (to lighten up the room) instead of a black TV. I'd definitely want better resolution for that, though. And while I like the *idea* of a mirror in other rooms, I wouldn't actually spend the money to make that happen. 🙂

To deter potential thieves cheap cameras can be as good as expensive. They cost as much as dummy cameras, but take some footage and thieves can tell the difference it is a dummy camera with blinking led or cheap camera that that records footage and sends notifications. If you are on the lower income side and not much valuables at home, the security system does not have to be at the top level. Professional thieves might know prices of brand name cameras and assume that you have more stuff at home to protect than you actually own. Thieves will go to different similar house that has no cameras. Depends on your budget, if you have only 300 to 500 dollar's to spend, I would get bunch of cheap cameras. For that money you can get only 2 expensive cameras or 5 to 8 cameras from aliexpress +NVR for the same budget. I have 8 working cameras and NVR. And a wireless alarm. Cameras and alarm send notifications to my phone and uses 433mhz battery powered sensors. After notification I can view live footage and call the cops if needed. All together was 400 maybe 500 dolars + HDD for NVR. Remote access and notifications are free of charge. If you have to purchase some plan for camera to work - multiply it by 12 and you will see how much the camera costs per year.

Excellent review! I really like the Eufy brand. I don’t agree with your comment about it being plastic. Pretty much every camera is plastic and if you had a metal camera outdoors it would rust, especially in FL. Look forward to more excellent reviews!

I have the TrackMix WIFI camera. I have the infra red set OK but I would like to have the spotlight come on when it detects something at night and turn off when the target is out of range. The green light on the phone app is burning but when I tap it, it does not toggle on/off. What am I doing wrong?

Hi George - thank you for doing all these reviews!! I am a long time Nest user, and would love to find an alternative. I am continuing to use my old Nest cams because 1) I don't want to switch to Google, and 2) the 24/7 recording option. Are you aware of any cameras that are indoor/outdoor and have a 24/7 option? I'm ok with paying for a subscription as long as I'm the only one doing the monitoring. I have tried out a couple of the solar Tapo cameras, and while I love their resolution compared to Nest, the detection is for crap. As it seems to be for most cameras...hence wanting to be able to check to see what the camera failed to detect and record. THanks again!
